My name is Kevin Shore and I graduated from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Public Health Nutrition. I also have a BSc (Hons) Degree in Exercise Science, which I completed at the University of Brighton in 2003. It was on this course that I became really interested in the benefits of good nutrition and this gave me the impetus to want to study Public Health Nutrition at a later date.
