Tori the owner of Pure health & Beauty has over 20 years experience in the Health, Fitness & Beauty Industry, and has been involved in health & fitness workshops both in England and Club La Santa in Lanzarote where she worked as a fitness and aerobic instructor.
Tori is also a Pre/Post Natal fitness Instructor covering adaptive fitness programme designs & nutritional advice.
