Your journey to better health starts with our philosophy to encourage people to take responsibility for their own health through dietary means and education. A way to achieve this is by providing a functional medicine and holistic health approach, with nutritional therapy, food intolerance testing and health screening services using the very latest technology. This approach is not a quick fix, and the body needs to be given a chance to recover.
I am a qualified holistic health and nutrition practitioner, a food intolerance and, health screening therapist, and functional medicine clinician. I have a diploma and advanced diplomas in holistic nutrition practice, allergy intolerance therapy, certificate in naturopathic nutrition, Asyra Pro Health Screening System and functional medicine training. I also hold a post graduate diploma in management development. I am founder and member of the Association of Holistic Nutritional Practitioners.
