All sessions are 1 to 1 and are specifically tailored to meet your personal requirements. We work with you to establish your weight loss goals to ensure you are working towards precisely what you want to achieve. We help you to set goals that are realistic, achievable and maintainable. Any potential obstacles to reaching your preferred weight will be examined, taking account of what has worked for you in the past and what has not.
We discuss and agree a decisive plan of action with each client, action that we will need to take to take over the coming days and weeks as we work toward your goals.
