We aim to educate the participants to make healthy choices and changes to their diet for life. Emily and Lisa at Vital Health Nutrition run talks and workshops for your employees at your premises. We will work with you to create your own bespoke wellbeing programme or event. If the City is not convenient for you, we can now offer Nutritional Consultations at Biolab in Weymouth Street W1.
