About the Business
The Nutrition Link was established by Paula Werrett to provide expert nutritional advice in a friendly and easy to understand manner. Paula first experienced the power of nutrition in 1995 when she visited a nutritionist looking to optimise her digestive function. The dramatic changes in Paula's health were enough to convince her to switch from her highly successful marketing career working for a blue chip international company to pursuing a new career in Nutritional Therapy. After qualifying with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition, Paula became a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), and decided to set up a complementary therapy practice in St Albans.
Paula has now been a tutor and lecturer at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition for the last six years and has engaged in continual professional development and research to ensure that all clients receive the best advice available.
