Nutritional Guidance

As a nutritional advisor I work closely with clients to tailor nutritional and lifestyle advice to suit the individual needs of each client. I love trying new foods and recipes, and recognise the importance of food as a source of pleasure and value in social contexts. I studied with the Institute of Natural Healing to become qualified as a Nutritionist. I am a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, FNTP.

As a member I am bound by a strict code of ethics and practice. I am fully insured and my membership also commits me to continuous study of current research through a Continued Professional Development programme. I am currently studying an allergies testing and treatment course to further my knowledge in this area.
