About the Business

Patricia Collins set up the Nutritional Therapy Practice on completion of a three year diploma in Nutritional Therapy with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Patricia has always been interested in food but leading a busy life in IT her interest in the nutritional side wasn't piqued until she decided to take over the running of a cafe alongside her sister. The ability of some people to exist on a diet of cheese panini and irn-bru in part led her to enrol on a nutritional therapy course with the hope that some day she could, in a small way, help improve the health of the nation - no small goal.
