About the Business
Healthy Action Nutrition Consultancy main office and consulting rooms are based in Kettering, Northamptonshire (find us). However, we undertake work from all over the UK and the world.
We are a team of knowledgeable and experienced professionals, giving us the advantage of an even wider range of expertise. In addition to the core Healthy Action team below, we have access to a network of other nutritionists, dietitians, personal trainers, chefs, caterers and recipe consultants who we bring on board for larger projects as required.
James founded Healthy Action in 1999 and now leads the team of experts. With over 25 years working in nutrition and dietetics, James is a renowned nutrition expert with clients from all over the world. He is co-owner of the popular bodybuilding forum MuscleTalk.co.uk, and is author and co-author of a number of eBooks and information resources including The Meal Plan Site, The HiPaCC Diet and writes for a number of magazines.
