About the Business
Several years ago, Tara felt that the time was right to develop an interest in alternative therapies that had begun when she was pregnant with the first of her four children. This decision set her life on a journey of health and personal discovery that she had never thought possible. As a starting point, she embarked on a diploma course in Clinical Herbalist, hoping that this would lead to further related studies. Then, whilst on a yoga holiday, she met a Holistic Medical Nutritionist who encouraged her to study with the prestigious Dr. Lawrence Plaskett.
