At Body and Mind Studio we understand that every individual is unique and special therefore we treat them as so. Our Personal Wellness Coach, Paul Hopfensperger MIfHI, is an IfHI Master Instructor (certified 2013 UK) and IfHI Fellow (certified 2012 UK) cum laude of Dr Peter D'Adamo's Institute for Human Individuality. Dr D'Adamo is is a naturopathic physician and is considered a world expert in glycobiology, principally the ABO (ABH) blood groups and the secretor (FUT2) polymorphisms. Body and Mind Studio are distributors of his range of D'Adamo Personalised Nutrition products and exponents of his Blood Type Diet® and GenoType Diet® all of which can be purchased through this store.
